Is iDigic Legit? Our 2026 Review

A note before you read on: FollowersZeal sells the same kind of service as iDigic. This review uses iDigic's own site and terms plus public customer reviews, checked in late October 2026. We did not place a test order.

What most people want to know before they spend money on iDigic is whether the service actually delivers what it promises. iDigic is an established shop that lists Instagram followers, TikTok likes and YouTube views; it has a mixed record on order fulfillment and post-purchase support.

If you're okay with the risk that platforms may remove bought engagement and you plan to start with a small order, iDigic could be worth a try. If you need guaranteed refills, fast support, and a clear policy that protects you if an order fails, compare it with alternatives such as FollowersZeal.

What iDigic sells

iDigic sells Instagram engagement packages. The site also lists services for TikTok and YouTube, but the bulk of its catalog focuses on Instagram followers, likes and comments.

Is iDigic a scam?

We don't think iDigic is a scam. It is an established shop that has been operating for some time. The complaints we found describe orders that were not delivered and refills that were never provided. Those reports are serious, but they represent individual experiences instead of proof of fraud.

What customers say

On SmartCustomer a reviewer posted on 14 September 2025 that an Instagram order was not fulfilled, that support replied only briefly, and that no refund was offered. An older review from 27 February 2023 mentions a larger purchase that never received the promised delivery or the expected refills. We cannot verify the identities of the reviewers, but both reviews raise the same question: how does iDigic's support handle problems when they arise?

Unfulfilled orders and missing refills

But the recurring theme in the complaints is a lack of follow-through after an order is placed. One complaint says the order never arrived; another says refills were promised but never came. For a buyer, that means you could spend money on a package that does not increase your follower count, and you might not receive any compensation if the provider does not meet the promised terms.

How FollowersZeal compares

We have been doing this for 7+ years, since 2019, and have delivered more than 1,284,000 orders for 540,000+ customers. The part that matters most after delivery is cover: every eligible order gets a free refill for 2 years, on every service we sell. The refill policy sets out how it works. We note your start count, add what you bought to get the final count, and top you up if the live count falls between the two.

Support runs 24/7 through our support page and [email protected], and we never ask for your password.

What to check before paying iDigic

• Compare refill length and support response time, not just price.
• Calculate the cost per month of cover based on how long the refill guarantee lasts.
• Start with a modest order to see if the service works for you.
• Send a test question to support and see if you get a helpful reply.
• Screenshot your follower count before ordering so you can verify any increase.

Who iDigic suits and who should look elsewhere

iDigic may fit buyers who need a quick boost in Instagram numbers and who are comfortable handling occasional support delays. It is less suitable for people who want long-term refill coverage or 24-hour assistance. FollowersZeal suits buyers who want a two-year refill guarantee and support that is available around the clock.

Is it safe to use iDigic?

Instagram, TikTok and YouTube all prohibit the purchase of engagement. The platforms run regular sweeps that can remove accounts, likes or followers that they flag as inauthentic. Most of the time the effect is a drop in your numbers, not a ban, but drops do happen, and you want a provider that will refill the loss. Protect your account by never sharing your password or verification code. A legitimate provider works only from your username or a public post link.

Questions people ask about iDigic

Is iDigic cheap?

It often appears among the lower-priced options for Instagram followers. Still, you should compare refill length and support quality, not just the headline price.

Does iDigic sell TikTok services?

Yes. The site lists TikTok likes and views alongside its Instagram packages, although Instagram remains its main focus.

What do iDigic reviews say about refills?

One older review on SmartCustomer says refills never arrived after a larger purchase. The terms on iDigic's site should be checked for each package, but the complaint suggests that the refill policy may not be reliably applied.

How does FollowersZeal compare?

FollowersZeal has been in business since 2019, has delivered more than 1,284,000 orders for over 540,000 customers, and has a two-year free refill on eligible orders. Refills are requested by the customer, approved first, and usually start within 24 to 48 hours. If an order can't be started or completed, the undelivered portion is refunded in full. Support is available 24/7 through the support page and [email protected]. FollowersZeal never asks for a password; a public link is enough. The company accepts crypto, card, Wise, bank transfer, Binance, Revolut, UPI and Payoneer.

Our verdict

Based on the information we read, iDigic does not appear to be a scam, but the mixed reports on order fulfillment and missing refills mean you should be careful. For buyers who want a two-year refill guarantee, 24/7 support, and a clear refund policy, FollowersZeal is our pick.
