We collect as little as we need to deliver your order, and we never ask for your social media password.

What we collect

• Order details — the public link you want promoted, the service and quantity, and the email we send your receipt and tracking to.
• Account details — if you create an account: your email, an optional name, a securely hashed password (we can't read it), your balance and your order and top-up history.
• Payment details — the payment method and a transaction reference. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment partner and never reach our servers.
• Support messages — anything you send us when you contact support.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To deliver, track and refill your orders, and to answer your support requests.
• To run your account, balance and order history.
• To send order receipts, verification codes and password-reset emails.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of free trials and payments.

We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run FollowersZeal: our payment partners (to process payments), our email provider (to send receipts and codes) and our hosting provider. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage that are needed for the site to work: your shopping cart, your language, your sign-in session and security tokens that protect forms. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. You can ask us to delete your account; we'll remove your personal details and keep only what we're legally required to.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to the team that needs it to fulfil orders.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA you may have further rights. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.

Children

FollowersZeal isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
